Le Ministre des Affaires Étrangères et de la Coopération au Développement S.E Ambassadeur Albert Shingiro a reçu en audience le 26 avril 2022, la nouvelle Représente de l’ONU Femmes au Burundi, Mme Clara Mah ANYANGWE qui venait présenter ses lettres de nomination à ce poste au Burundi.
Le Ministre l’a félicité et lui a souhaité la bonne chance dans ses nouvelles fonctions. Il a également rappelé que le Gouvernement du Burundi est satisfait des activités de l’ONU Femmes au Burundi. Pour cela, le Gouvernement du Burundi fournit les efforts possibles pour que la femme burundaise soit un pilier du développement. Par conséquent, elle est actuellement placée au centre du développement en général et au centre de la nutrition en particulier.
