The Burundian Diaspora is involved in the development of Burundi

On saturday, august 5, 2023, all the communes of Burundi celebrated “the communal feast”, which is celebrated on august 5 of each year and which gives an opportunity to anyone to join the population of his/her native commune to discuss the Burundi’s investment and development projects and also a special opportunity to share the traditional foods together.

In Nyanza-Lac commune of Makamba province, a member of the Burundian Diaspora who lives in the United States of America and native of that same commune, Mr. Samuel NDAYIRAGIJE proceeded to the official launch of the mechanized agricultural works with the agricultural tractors.

It should be noted that on july 29, 2023, Mr. Samuel NDAYIRAGIJE opened a modern hotel “Samuel’s Hope” built in Nyabugete and a Radio Indundi Culture, inaugurated by the Mayor of the city of Bujumbura, Mr. Jimmy HATUNGIMANA. All those works come with the aim of reducing expenses, increasing the workforce and helping those who remained in Burundi.

Let us also remember that many Burundians are embarking on this battle to build Burundi, an appeal launched by the Burundian Number One, His Excellency, Evariste Ndayishimiye.
