The Burundian Diaspora in Uganda distributes the copybooks to the children from Gitega commune

On Thursday 24 August, 2023, the Burundian Diaspora in Uganda distributed copybooks to the children coming from thirty-seven (37) localities of Gitega commune, in the center of Gitega commune, in Gitega province.

Those activities were led by the President of the Burundian Diaspora in Uganda, Doctor Pierre NSENGIYUMVA. The local administration was represented by the Councilor in charge of political and social issues in Gitega commune, Mr. Elie NIYIKIZA while the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation was represented by the Director of the Diaspora at the Ministry, Mrs. Claudette NDIKUMANA
