Audience between the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Burundi

On October 2, 2025, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration, and Development Cooperation, His Excellency Ambassador Édouard BIZIMANA, received in audience His Excellency Mr. Carsten Holscher, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Burundi, who came for a courtesy visit. On this occasion,Ambassador Holscher took the opportunity to congratulate His Excellency the Minister on his recent appointment, extending his best wishes for success in the fulfillment of
his high mission.

During this meeting, the two officials exchanged views on matters of mutual interest, particularly the strengthening of diplomatic dialogue and mutual support
in international forums. This audience reaffirmed the shared commitment to consolidating bilateral relations in a spirit of respectful and constructive cooperation.
