Required Information:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe request should include the following documents and information:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 VIP Form<br \/>\n\u2022 Full name and title of the VIP<br \/>\n\u2022 Copy of passport (bio-data page)<br \/>\n\u2022 Purpose of travel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>3. Authorization and Clearance:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 VIP lounge access is subject to approval by the Department of State Protocol MFA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4. Security Procedures:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 All VIPs and accompanying staff must comply with airport security regulations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Security arrangements must be coordinated in advance with the relevant security agencies when necessary.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5. Accompanying Personnel:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 The number of accompanying persons must be clearly indicated.<br \/>\n\u2022 Access for accompanying staff is limited to approved individuals only<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>6. Arrival and Departure Procedures:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Any changes to flight schedules must be communicated immediately.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>7.
