The Ambassador of the Republic of Burundi in Paris His Excellency Isa\u00efe Kubwayo was among those who drew lots, and the great surprise, he had the chance to draw Burundi. That draw saw the participation of Mr Fran\u00e7ois GROSDIDIER Mayor of the city of Metz and President of Euro M\u00e9tropole and Mr K\u00e9vin Gnandou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambassador Isa\u00efe Kubwayo on that occasion spoke with Mr Fran\u00e7ois GROSDIDIER about the decentralized cooperation between Burundi and France.
