He also shared with them some major aspects of his diplomatic action during the period under review before addressing some global challenges facing the world at this critical moment when multilateralism is literally threatened.<\/p>\n<p>His Excellency Albert SHINGIRO reminded that today the time to build a definitively reconciled nation has arrived. He said that the latter allows diplomats to know in an official way the general situation of the country.
