the 2021-2022 year, gains have been made in the State of Burundi, including, the removal of sanctions against Burundi by the United States of America and the European Union, the removal of Burundi &nbsp;Albert SHINGIRO indicates that this decision to remove sanctions against Burundi by the United States of America and the European Union, the removal of Burundi from the political agenda of the Peace and Security Council of the African Union and the United Nations is a recognition of the very significant advances in reforms, in terms of democracy, human rights, good governance, economic development and international cooperation, undertaken by the responsible and hard-working government (Reta Mvyeyi-Reta Nkozi), under the aegis of His Excellency Evariste NDAYISHIMIYE, President of the Republic of Burundi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4334 aligncenter\" the State of Burundi welcomes the normalization of diplomatic relations between Burundi and its partners and reiterates its commitment to continue the consolidation of bilateral and multilateral cooperation in its dynamic of mutual respect between the States and the various partners through mutually beneficial and advantageous relationships of collaboration and cooperation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It should also be noted that during the high-level meeting of the Regional Monitoring Mechanism of the Framework Agreement for Peace, Security and Cooperation for the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Region held in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo on february 24 2022, the Heads of State welcomed the decision of the United States of America and the
